We are Laura and Lee Graham and we have made North Florida our home for more than 30 years.

Today we live in Green Cove Springs with our four children ranging in age from toddlers to 23. Lee, who moved to Green Cove Springs in 1975, has owned a successful local cabinet business for more than 20 years.
In 1997, Lee founded Graham Properties, Inc., which buys, renovates, and sells residential homes.
It was this venture that made becoming a licensed Realtor a natural decision for Laura. who had been a registered nurse for 12 years and taught nursing at Florida Community College in Jacksonville. We saw in Graham Properties an opportunity to work together toward our family's future.
In the spring of 2005 Lee joined the team of RE/MAX Specialists as the Graham Team Manager so we could further expand on the services we began offering more than eight years ago.
In 2009 Laura completed the necessary course work and earned the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). This, coupled with Laura and Lee's expertise in investment properties, led to their decision to join the firm of Explore Realty, Inc. Explore Realty, Inc. specializes in listing and selling foreclosed properties as well as helping people with all of their real estate needs.
